Villa Meliti is a modern newly build villa featuring a barbeque by the lawn and a swimming pool. The Villa is part of a 2000 m2 private green plot.
The living room is located at the ground floor, with a 42'' LCD satellite TV, home cinema and a music player with I pod dock. The kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker and a cooker with ceramic hearth. Finally, one out of four bedrooms is located at the ground floor of the villa.
At the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, a 26'' LCD flat screen TV, air-condition units with individual climate control and feature comfortable mattresses and bedding, a spacious wardrobe, fine linens, towels, beach towels and safe box.
At Villa Meliti you will find free wi fi internet connection throughout the premises, Smart TV movie selection (Netflix), books, I pod dock, and an outdoor children playground.

The sandy beach of Kalamaki is at 300 meters and it is well organized with beach umbrellas and sunbeds. There you can also find restaurants and coffee shops. Within those 300 meters towards the beach you can find two grocery stores.
